Monse\u00f1or Rodr\u00edguez y Pampliega del microcentro, fue detenido en flagrancia Armando Miguel Delvalle Rol\u00f3n, de 36 a\u00f1os, quien intentaba sustraer un auto radio de un veh\u00edculo estacionado.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:338\">Seg\u00fan el informe policial, personal de la Comisar\u00eda Primera, encabezado por el Suboficial Mayor Diego Barrios, realizaba labores de patrullaje preventivo cuando observ\u00f3 al sospechoso manipulando el interior de un autom\u00f3vil con intenciones de robo. Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, los agentes procedieron a la aprehensi\u00f3n inmediata de Delvalle Rol\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:112\">Cabe destacar que el detenido cuenta con antecedentes penales por hechos similares, lo que agrava su situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:163\">El hecho fue comunicado al fiscal de turno, Luis Trinidad, quien dispuso que Delvalle Rol\u00f3n sea puesto a su disposici\u00f3n para las investigaciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la madrugada de hoy, alrededor de las 00:30 horas, sobre la Avda.
