El mismo deber\u00e1 ser extraditado al pa\u00eds vecino para ser sometido a la justicia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El parte de la Polic\u00eda Nacional dice: comunicar DETENCI\u00d3N DE PERSONA POR POSEER ORDEN DE CAPTURA INTERNACIONAL Y NACIONAL CON FINES DE EXTRADICION, realizado el d\u00eda15 de marzo de 2018, a las 11:45 aproximadamente, en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica calle sin denominaci\u00f3n del Km 16 Ruta 7 &#8211; lado Acaray de la ciudad de Minga Guaz\u00fa, por personal policial. Se trata del ciudadano ANIBAL BRISUELA NU\u00d1EZ, paraguayo, soltero, 29 a\u00f1os de edad, domiciliado a metros del lugar de la detenci\u00f3n, en cumplimiento del Oficio Judicial N\u00b0 332, de fecha 08 de marzo del 2018, emanada por el JUEZ PENAL DE GARANTIAS N\u00b06 DE LA CAPITAL, PAUBLINO ESCOBAR GARAY, expediente, 1-1-3-11-2018-58, EXHORTO: ANIBAL BRISUELA NU\u00d1EZ- DETENCION CON FINES DE EXTRADICION.<\/p>\n<p>Tras un servicio de inteligencia, con apoyo del personal de Antisecuestro,\u00a0 el d\u00eda de la fecha se procedi\u00f3 a su detenci\u00f3n; se le comunic\u00f3 los derechos que le asisten conforme establece el Art\u00edculo 12 de la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional, siendo\u00a0 derivado hasta nuestra OFICINA REGIONAL, posteriormente trasladado al Hospital del Trauma, donde obra diagn\u00f3stico m\u00e9dico y por ultimo a la Direcci\u00f3n de Polic\u00eda del Alto Paran\u00e1 de donde ser\u00e1 trasladado hasta la ciudad de Asunci\u00f3n a disposici\u00f3n del Juzgado que entiende la causa.<\/p>\n<p>Los Hechos: El d\u00eda 31\/08\/17 .. 18.30 aproximadamente en el barrio Eva Per\u00f3n\u00a0 &#8211; Formosa Argentina.
