Ni sus concejales rastreros tuvieron acceso, pero lo aprobaron. La Contralor\u00eda Ciudadana pidi\u00f3 dichos documentos p\u00fablicos y Prieto se neg\u00f3, por lo que solicitaron el amparo judicial y una jueza orden\u00f3 y emplaz\u00f3 por 3 d\u00edas al jefe comunal a que presente todas las documentaciones. Se quiere saber d\u00f3nde fueron a parar cerca de 19.000 millones de guaran\u00edes, para los ciudadanos, de los rubros de transferencias y aportes.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Esto es lo que debieron hacer los concejales colorados, opositores, en la Junta Municipal. Pedir v\u00eda judicial la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas de Prieto. Ahora la Contralor\u00eda lo hizo.<\/p>\n<p>El lunes 5 de mayo, la Contralor\u00eda Ciudadana present\u00f3 y consigui\u00f3 un Amparo Constitucional, contra la Municipalidad de Ciudad del Este, cayendo por sorteo ante el Juzgado Penal de Garant\u00edas N.\u00ba 8 de Ciudad del Este.<\/p>\n<p>El amparo se realiz\u00f3 con base en lo establecido en el \ud835\udc00\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2d. \ud835\udfd0\ud835\udfd1 \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1a \ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc32 informaci\u00f3n realizada a trav\u00e9s del portal de acceso a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, por la Contralor\u00eda Ciudadana, los fundamentos del pedido, es que en el a\u00f1o 2024 la municipalidad de Ciudad del Este utiliz\u00f3 la suma de \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc06. \ud835\udfd6.\ud835\udfd4\ud835\udfd7\ud835\udfd3.\ud835\udfd1\ud835\udfcf\ud835\udfd1.\ud835\udfd2\ud835\udfd0\ud835\udfd4 \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc25 tiempo ordinario, nuevamente se ha solicitado la RECOSIDERACION, del pedido, en esta instancia la Municipalidad ha respondido una parte de las informaciones solicitadas de manera incompleta o difusa.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edctor Enr\u00edquez, asesor jur\u00eddico de la Contralor\u00eda Ciudadana de Ciudad del Este, expuso ante la prensa los documentos prove\u00eddos y acompa\u00f1\u00f3 con un breve relatorio y an\u00e1lisis del contenido en estos.
