Una mujer fue imputada por presunta bigamia luego de que la Fiscal\u00eda detectara que habr\u00eda contra\u00eddo un segundo matrimonio sin que se hubiera disuelto legalmente el v\u00ednculo anterior. El caso se tramita en la jurisdicci\u00f3n de Yh\u00fa, Vaquer\u00eda y San Joaqu\u00edn, en el Departamento de Caaguaz\u00fa.<\/p>\n
La agente fiscal Mirna Isabel Rodr\u00edguez Duarte formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n y solicit\u00f3 al Juzgado Penal de Garant\u00edas un plazo de cuatro meses para completar la investigaci\u00f3n. De acuerdo con los datos del Ministerio P\u00fablico, la mujer habr\u00eda celebrado un nuevo matrimonio mientras el primero todav\u00eda se encontraba vigente, situaci\u00f3n que contraviene las disposiciones legales sobre el estado civil.<\/p>\n
Entre los elementos reunidos por la Fiscal\u00eda figuran certificados de matrimonio, declaraciones testificales, un informe del Registro del Estado Civil y una resoluci\u00f3n judicial que declar\u00f3 la nulidad del segundo matrimonio.<\/p>\n
La representante del Ministerio P\u00fablico tambi\u00e9n solicit\u00f3 la aplicaci\u00f3n de medidas alternativas a la prisi\u00f3n preventiva.
